No smoking. No pets. There are 3 elevators in the community for your convenience. Covered parking allows for 2 cars with additional outdoor overflow parking. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. This townhome is on the south side of the building so there are some ocean views but no full on views.

Bedding: 2 Kings, 1 Pyramid Bunk, Day Bed with Trundle, 2 Rollaways. In-unit washer and dryer. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

The pools are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and lockers are available on the ground level for individual use, please bring your own lock.
